Ceragon is a Global company, #1 leading Wireless Backhaul. We have an exciting opening for a Business Finance Director, Reporting to Global VP – Business finance, located in Israel, Financial partner to Region Head & Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Financial results of the region & KPIs
• Budget & forecasting
• Analysis of new business
• AR Management.
• Managing a team of finance professional (CPA’s and financial analysts) directly and indirectly
  
  

• Drawing the Annual operating Plan, partnering with multiple stake holder including region head and HQ FP&A Team
• Rollover Quarterly forecast (Present View) submission (Booking, Revenue, COGS & OPEX)
• Cost control and management in line of AOP
• Weekly revenue forecast and follow up with sales/ project team, to meet the target.
• Quarterly closing and finalize the PNL, analysis and commentary for result vs Budget / Present View
• Ensure Revenue recognition as per US GAAP 
  
  

• Collection, credit management and AR in North America and the Caribbean
• Periodic review of customer credit limit and action accordingly
• Weekly collection review meeting with HQ Treasury/ CFO
  
  

• Analysis of new business deal financially including tax and other compliances (including WHT/ Customs duty)
• Optimize the cost and work with Internal team for cost reduction plan
• Heavily involved in customer- and vendor-facing activities (negotiations, contract drafting etc.
  
  

• BA in Accounting / CPA.
• 10+ years of experience in similar positions in Global Public Companies
• Experience as Team Leader, with capabilities to work, collaborate with multidisciplinary groups, Business Acumen, and interacting with different hierarchies in the company.
• Experience as a CFO of SMB – a plus
