PCB Design Engineer - Medical Devices

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer to join an innovative medical device company in Haifa and take a leading role in the development of advanced electronic systems.
This is a key position involving full responsibility for the design and development of complex PCB boards for cutting-edge medical products — from architecture definition and schematics through layout, testing, integration, and transfer to manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
• Design and development of complex PCB boards for advanced medical systems
• Full hands-on involvement from schematic design to layout implementation
• Hardware architecture definition and component selection
• Signal integrity analysis, simulations, and EMI/EMC troubleshooting
• Development of High-Speed Interfaces and various communication protocols
• Support manufacturing processes including DFM & DFT considerations
• System integration and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Preparation of development documentation, design reviews, and engineering documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Close collaboration with Software, Mechanical, Quality, and Regulatory teams

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in PCB / Board Design
• Strong hands-on experience in schematic capture and layout design
• Experience with design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Allegro
• Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit design
• Experience with High-Speed Design – significant advantage
• High level of English – written, verbal, and reading comprehension
