As Senior Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the THV unit, by develop a network within the eco system and strategic KOL’s, research and accelerate new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income
What will you do?
Develop Private sector strategy:
- Growing the pool – Drive the full freedom of choice among KOL’s that practice in the private sector stablishing EW as 1st choice.
- Model the option for Launch premium technologies for future innovation
- Expand the KOL’s community to perform TAVI cases in the private sector via collaboration with Marketing and government affairs
- Lead and coordinate the TD program from awareness to execution with collaboration with the private sector.
- Indication expansion – from planning to execution – develop attractive business models in conjunction with the private sector. Manage a robust reginal Sales pipeline by developing a strategy to prioritize business opportunities and investments.
- Execute plans while working with key internal/external stakeholders.
- Strategic and tactical sales approaches
- Deep dive into the Israeli Private market & model the market potential.
- Propose plan as a tool to growth the business in conjunction with marketing, RA and government affairs deep diving into the 2 private insurances
- Build strong collaboration with the private insurances Co.for TAVI early detection and treatment.
- Bachelor's Degree in in related field
- 10 years of experience in previous related experience
- Experience working in a large healthcare company - Preferred
- Proven successful project management skills
- Proven experience in partnership development / business development/strategy
- Demonstrated leadership experience and skills
- Working comfort level in front of customers
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with an eye for detail and composition
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload based on demand and gain understanding and knowledge of all internal working groups
- In-depth knowledge of the country health system
- Ability to develop models
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
