Our product team is data-driven and result-oriented that plays a vital role at every stage of the product life cycle. You will gather insights through data analysis, user interviews, and market research, which will help you identify customer pain points and opportunities for product improvements. The team takes new capabilities and products from start to finish while working closely with designers, developers, and additional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience - you’ve previously worked for a successful company as a Product Manager and made an impact.
• You have significant experience in Fintech especially B2C/consumer space especially in Fintech.
• You’re a happy and optimistic person. We like to smile.
• You know how to focus on the user’s problems and needs. You hold the problem while innovating the solution.
• You get things done fast. You’re a quick learner who makes mistakes and iterates quickly.
• You’re smart and you feel comfortable using data as your primary decision tool.
• You talk the talk and walk the walk. You’re a leader with exceptional communication skills who can move projects forward with cross-functional teams.
