About The Role

As a Hands-on Architect, you’re a link between business solutions and software development, and you know how to combine enterprise architecture and its different viewpoints – from business to information architecture – to a functional solution. In the job of Hands-on Architect, you possess an understanding and experience in various coding methods and computer languages, and you know how to lead and guide software development. You will also code yourself. You can also effectively communicate your design, solution, or technical decisions to stakeholders. Describing solution architectures and solution ideation, design, and implementation are included in your core skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• As a Hands-on Architect, you will:
• Technically lead and mentor a team of talented Backend and Frontend developers
• Architect and build a highly scalable highly-available SaaS system for diversified and complex data flows
• Have end-to-end ownership: Design, build, ship, measure, and maintain our backend services
• Collaborates with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
• Demonstrate technical cloud architectural knowledge
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software against aggressive schedules
  
  

What We Want To See

• You have knowledge in several technological stacks at a high level and should be interested in constantly educating yourself about upcoming technologies. We are currently working with Java and Python
• You are able to identify business requirements, design the entire system; choose system architecture at each level and technologies for its implementation
• You are highly familiar with cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure
• You believe in DevOps, testing, Information Security, and Security Operations
• You are able to talk with customers in the language of business, managers of all levels, business analysts, and developers in their languages
• You have at least 2 years prior experience as a technical lead/software architect
