Global Head of SAP

Role Overview
Global ownership of the SAP landscape, leading large-scale ERP transformation programs and aligning SAP delivery with business and technology strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the global SAP function, including internal teams, regional leads, and system integrators
Own SAP strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with business priorities
Lead complex global initiatives: implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA programs
Ensure end-to-end integration between SAP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, databases, and applications
Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Operations
Ensure system stability, security, governance, and performance
Manage SAP vendors and global implementation partners
Own budget, planning, risk management, and executive reporting
Drive standardization and optimization of global business processes
Build and lead high-performing global teams

10+ years leading SAP programs in large, multinational environments
Proven experience managing global teams, partners, and large budgets
Strong background in ERP / S/4HANA transformation programs
Broad understanding of enterprise processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations)
Strong architectural mindset across applications, infrastructure, security, and data
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is an advantage
