Corporate Controller / Chief Accountant

We are seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller / Chief Accountant to join our finance team, reporting directly
to the CFO. This role combines full ownership of the accounting and financial reporting function with leadership
of a team of approximately 10+ professionals.
The position is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in a dual-listed public
company environment (TASE & NASDAQ), and requires a balance of technical expertise, execution capabilities,
and team management.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8–12 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting roles
• Proven experience in a public company or similar complex reporting environment
• Strong experience managing teams
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS and consolidated financial statements
• Experience working under SOX requirements and internal controls frameworks
• Experience managing external audits
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach
• High-level English proficiency
