In this role, you will...

• Solve complex failures related to manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.
• Define new production processes.
• Develop test strategies, processes and detailed documented procedures to ensure quality and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Lead design changes (ECO’s) to eliminate system malfunctions.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training to the production line.
• Analyze data from charts, graphs and other forms of measuring information and work to achieve yield improvements or reduce the amount of repeated failures.
• Design Jigs to Production or our T.K supplier to improve their quality and productivity process.
• Manage TK’s suppliers.
• Manage and initiate 2nd source activities
• Manage and initiate cost reduction activities
• Product documentation management/control for all release product
  

In this role, you'll need...

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 4 years’ overall experience.
• Experience working in Multi discipline company.
• Proven experience with TurnKey project management and suppliers
• Ability to solve technical problems while working on multi-disciplinary product
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly and test.
• Must be able to create and implement assembly process and provide training
• Experience working with a PLM and CAD system i.e. SolidWorks an advantage.
