The Global Operations department at Nova is looking for a Global Material Planning & Logistics Manager

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's international logistics operations, Inventories, set logistic, material & planning policies and strategies, implementing standardized processes & tools across the organization.

This position will directly manage world wide Material logistic team

The Global Material Planning & Logistics Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless supply of materials necessary customers support as well as for production, directly impacting the company’s operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic global logistics environment, contributing to the overall success and growth of Nova.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience (>5 years) in managing global logistics and material planning team in a multidisciplinary global industry.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and distribution.

Role Responsibilities:

What you will be doing

Lead and develop a global team of Material logistics planners professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Develop and implement global logistics warehouses, transportation plans and strategies to ensure efficient, cost-effective solutions and end-to-end supply chain process.
Develop and implement global professional strategies and standardized material planning process across Nova divisions
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize excess inventory
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics, Material and planned performance.
Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for reducing logistics expenses and implement accordingly.
Manage relationships with logistic vendors, including negotiating contracts, rates, and service agreements.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
