Senior Projects Manager

Description:

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

We are looking for a Senior Projects Manager to Lead and manage complex, cross-functional strategic projects in Israel and internationally, from initiation through implementation and full operational deployment. The role is responsible for coordinating all relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, in accordance with quality standards, and aligned with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from initiation through implementation and full operational deployment.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and key milestones.
• Define project KPIs, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks while developing and executing mitigation plans.
• Matrix-manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage deviations, and drive effective solutions.
• Lead project meetings and conduct regular project status reviews.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and project Gantt charts to senior management.
• Manage project scope changes and ensure proper change control.
• Capture lessons learned and implemented continuous process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex, multinational projects and strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project Management and ERP systems.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
