Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct integration for complex systems as part of the development department.
• Member of the System Engineering team in development.
• The role involves travel to the Beit Shean site to support the NPI processes. 

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering - Mandatory.
• At least 10 years of experience working with complex systems involving hardware, software, and firmware - mandatory.
• Experience with radar systems - an advantage.
• Experience with RF testing equipment - an advantage.
• Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction processes) - an advantage.
• Experience in defense companies - an advantage.
• Systematic approach and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Multitasking ability and creativity.
• Ability to work in a team and interface with matrix organizations, good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• High-level English proficiency.
