Facility Manager

Description:

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

• Management and maintenance of all building and facility systems and infrastructure, ensuring their functionality, safety, and order
• Supervision and management of service operations – cleaning, security, maintenance, gardening, and technical systems such as electricity, water, and air conditioning
• Management of suppliers and subcontractors, including defining requirements, professional oversight, and budget management
• Implementation of safety and information security procedures in accordance with company and defense regulations
• Handling malfunctions, service calls, and urgent demands, including the management of repairs and documentation
• Promoting projects to improve buildings and facilities, initiating efficiency and cost-saving processes
• Daily cooperation with internal and external interfaces and suppliers
• Writing, updating, and executing maintenance and safety procedures
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, procedures, and approvals from the Ministry of Defense and regulatory authorities
• Managing a professional team and conducting training for employees in safety, security, and maintenance
• Responsibility for periodic inspections, documentation, and regular reporting to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facility/building/infrastructure management within a defense or industrial company
• Experience in managing staff and suppliers
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and information security procedures in the defense sector
