We are looking for an experienced and leadership-oriented ATE Software Team Leader to lead our software ATE development team.

We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to join our leadership team in Israel. This role reports directly to Deputy GM, RADA Israel Leader and operates in close partnership with the BU CFO, functioning within a matrix organizational structure.

The Sr. Director Finance will serve as a strategic and operational finance leader, with primary responsibility for all financial activities across Israel and Rest of World (ROW) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial business partner to the Deputy GM Israel Leader, supporting strategic decision-making, execution, and business growth
• Lead and manage all financial operations in Israel and ROW entities, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements
• Work closely with the BU CFO on financial reporting, planning, and performance management
• Own and drive the financial planning cycle (budget, forecasts, long-term plans) for Israel and ROW
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to Leonardo DRS headquarters in the US
• Oversee all accounting, tax, treasury, and cash flow management, including forecasting and liquidity planning
• Ensure full compliance with SOX, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and optimize internal controls and financial governance processes
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants
• Oversee legal-related financial aspects in coordination with corporate and local stakeholders
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing finance teams (direct and matrix)
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Programs, and Business Units
• Support international business activities across ROW in a multicultural environment

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including senior leadership roles (Director / Sr. Director level)
• Proven experience in a global / US corporate environment
• Strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and operational finance
• Experience managing matrix reporting lines and working with corporate HQ functions
• CPA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics (MBA – advantage)
• Experience in high-tech / industrial / defense sectors – advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
