Description:
Join our Business Applications team and take ownership of key R&D platforms, including Jira, Bitbucket, GitLab, and Monday.com.
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and support R&D and project management systems.
- Work with R&D, Engineering, PMO, and business teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
- Lead system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Provide user support, training, and vendor coordination.
- Support additional applications such as HiBob, Hilan, and Combtas.
Requirements:
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Information System Implementer or Application Analyst.
- Hands-on admin experience with Jira, GitLab, Bitbucket, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
