Repair Lab Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Repair Lab Manager to join our team at DRS RADA.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing all repair-related matters within the company, including troubleshooting and working with electronic testing equipment.

Responsibility:

• Manage and coordinate all repair and maintenance activities for military electronic radar systems.
• Diagnose faults and repair complex electronic systems.
• Work with advanced electronic testing equipment.
• Manage a maintenance team consisting of electronics engineers, including training and professional engineers.
• Develop and improve work processes and procedures within the repair department.
• Collaborate with other departments in the company to enhance system performance and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic systems.
• Experience working with advanced electronic testing equipment.
• Experience in managing technical teams, including training and professional development.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred:

• Experience working with military electronic systems.
