Startup for Startup’s community consists of tens of thousands of people, and at the heart of the initiative is our podcast. Each episode of the Startup for Startup podcast focuses on a different challenge we and other companies faced in the startup journey.

In the past few years, we have grown to become the leading podcast for startups in Israel, impacting thousands of startups and people and helping them build better companies.

We are now looking for an experienced podcast producer to join our team, and help us take the podcast to new heights.

About The Role

• Plan a long-term strategy for the podcast and its growth, taking the Startup for Startup podcast to the next level: develop the vision, build new formats, and grow our audience.
• Responsible for the entire chain of production: ideation, building the storyline, writing content pieces, recording, editing, publishing episodes, and increasing our audience reach.
• Identify new and interesting stories to tell, and develop a narrative structure for them.
• Conduct interviews and recordings, develop storylines out of interviews, and prepare guests for recordings.
• Work and implement feedback based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Finalize technical aspects of production.
• Manage and facilitate relationships with external guests and vendors.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of content production in radio or podcasts.
• Experience with hands-on content creation - a must!
• Fluent Hebrew - a must
• Exceptional storytelling, Interviewing, writing, and content editing skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in building long-term strategies, and managing content.
• Exceptional production skills: Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively juggle diverse production demands.
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to motivate, lead, and champion people, without “formal” authority.
• Experience with audio editing software, mixing, and assembling - advantage.
• Experience in video creation - advantage
• Understanding of startup dynamics and terminology - advantage
