JFrog is seeking a UX Researcher to lead and own research across key strategic initiatives on the JFrog platform. As a UX Researcher at JFrog, you will work with multiple product teams from discovery to ideation and production, to inform product and design decisions. You will join the Design Team in the JFrog DevOps group, working along with our Senior UX Researcher. The ideal candidate has exceptional mixed-method research skills and understands how research translates into design and product decisions, shape product development, and influence overall strategy. It's not enough to answer interesting questions about user behavior; our team focuses on impact.

As a UX Researcher at JFrog you will...

• Work closely with cross-functional partners (Product, Design, Development, Data, Technical/UX Writing, Sales, Marketing) to drive impactful business and product decisions
• Collect and analyze user behavior through qualitative and quantitative research methods such as interviews, usability studies, iterative concept testing, data analysis, user feedback analysis, surveys, observations, experiments, A-B tests, and more
• Become a domain expert in your field within the DevOps world, create learnings and insights, and ensure product decisions are based on knowledge
• Develop research plans that span the full product development cycle and integrate user-centricity into the product creation process
• Proactively identify opportunities for impact and promotion of the product goals through research.
• Effectively guide peers and stakeholders through the research processes, demonstrating value and impact
  
  

• 3+ years of work experience in the role of a UX Researcher, preferably in-house at a B2B/B2B2C product company
• Broad experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Deep understanding of user-centered and data-driven processes in the product lifecycle
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
