Protecting the World’s Critical InfrastructureThe PositionWe are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead and execute OPSWAT’s marketing initiatives for our Kiosk products. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to continue defining the GTM for our Kiosk security products, launch and monitor precise campaigns to build brand awareness, drive leads, and increase sales.The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing strategist with a passion to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others. The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues to solidify our position as the leader in critical infrastructure protection.This is an in-office position based in our Petah Tikva office.What You Will Be Doing

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate awareness and demand for OPSWAT’s Kiosk security products.
• Plan and coordinate campaign execution to generate pipeline for OPSWAT’s Kiosk security products.
• Support promotion of our Kiosk security products and launch of new products.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, and other teams to ensure go to market exercises align with product goals and marketing strategies.
• Identify and expand reach using various marketing channels – digital, PR/AR, field events, organic, and paid social media.
• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
• Monitor marketing initiatives and campaign progress, submit performance reports to senior leadership. Monitor and manage program budgets and allocate resources amongst projects to receive best ROIs of the marketing program investment across events, digital spending, etc.

• Cyber security background, big plus if you have experience in ICS, OT, IoT, IIoT.
• Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams.
• 7+ years hands-on experience in developing campaign strategies, digital advertising, Account Based Marketing.
• Must have demonstrated success creating, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to drive product/platform performance in the market.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Analytical and creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
• Customer-oriented approach with a strong technical aptitude.
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field.
• Preferred experience marketing to key OT verticals such as Energy, Manufacturing, and Government with familiarity of compliance regulations within those verticals.
