DriveNets is looking for a professional, experienced training director, creating and running customer, as well as internal technical trainings.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage and run DriveNets’ training program.
- Learn DriveNets’ cutting-edge Network Cloud networking software technology, create training materials and deliver training to DriveNets’ external and internal customers.
- Create, manage, and run in-class, F2F, as well as online training.
- Set up labs and create and run hands-on tasks.
- Record and edit tutorials.
- Create and maintain courses on DriveNets LMS (Moodle).
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in managing and running customer training in a technology vendor.
- Strong communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
- Training and online training development skill using platforms like: iSPRING / Articulate etc.
- Working and managing LMS (familiarity with Moodle - advantage).
- IP networking knowledge and hands-on experience - CCNA certification, an advantage.
- Cloud & virtualization knowhow.
- Self-motivation and independence in creating training materials, presentations and tutorials.
- Hands-on approach and familiarity with CLI, preferably with routers and Linux shell.
- Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
