Technical Assistant for EVP

Mobileye is looking for an ambitious Technical Assistant for EVP that thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment, and is eager to contribute to our groundbreaking advancements.How your job will look like:

• Work closely and effectively with EVP.
• Maintain basic knowledge of day-to-day processes of departments managed by EVP.
• Maintain effective relationships and communication with external and internal interfaces across all hierarchy levels.
• Manage various projects, researches, priorities and follows up on issues and concerns as assigned by EVP, assisting in determination of appropriate course of action/care with hard deadlines.
• Prioritize conflicting needs proactively.
• Be responsible for professional documentation – meetings' minutes and materials, reports etc.
• Act as a trusted advisor for the EVP and his staff members, demonstrating leadership and credibility.
• Other duties and special projects per need.

• Academic degree, preferred in a technical field, preferably with excellence.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical PM with a demonstrated record of success.
• Experience in an executive-level support position – advantage.
• Methodological ways of working, ability to manage high workload within a fast-paced environment.
• Service & technology orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-learning and management ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
