Project Manager (Finance team)

Description

Our amazing finance team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join us! The finance team is responsible for all financial aspects from ensuring that we are compliant with all business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company extensive growth.

As a project manager you will play a pivotal role to support the company’s growth. You will work very closely with the finance leadership and others in the organization to help improve processes, analyze metrics, and implement processes to optimize efficiency in our Finance departments.

About The Role

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives in the finance, in accordance with the company’s strategy
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and required customizations in different areas in the team
• Manage financial operations, including department’s annual budget, QBR, and more
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and a culture of excellence
• Lead end-to-end cross organizational projects, monitor deliverables and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  
  

• 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs / projects, preferably with large global software organizations
• Curious, with the ability and desire to challenge the status quo
• A master collaborator – process leadership and effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and managers, in various divisions in the organization
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to deliver
• Ability to work independently, self-learn and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Experience in leading high scale cross organizational projects
• Bachelor's in industrial engineering and management, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluent English – writing and verbal
