About Us
MicroTech is a cutting-edge start-up developing implantable wireless sensors for continuous cardiac pressure monitoring. Our products are Class III implantable medical devices, developed and manufactured under regulatory compliance.
We are seeking an R&D Technician to join our mechanical lab and contribute to both implant manufacturing and R&D activities.
Role Overview
The R&D Technician builds implantable cardiac devices in the mechanical lab. The role includes control of raw materials and components, precision micro-assembly, laser welding, in-process measurements, and final clean-room packaging under full quality documentation. In parallel, the technician participates in R&D activities and applies practical improvements to R&D and manufacturing workflows.
Responsibilities
• Manufacture implantable medical devices in a clean-room environment
• Execute precision assembly and measurement under microscope
• Work in compliance with quality system and documentation requirements
• Support R&D activities and prototype builds
• Operate across multiple manufacturing technologies and materials
• Perform incoming inspection of materials and components

• Strong hands-on technical capability that supports high-precision assembly work
• Experience in clean-room manufacturing
• Experience working in a computerized environment
• Good English (reading and writing)
