We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and growth of our CXone Supervisor solution.Role Overview:As Product Manager at NICE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy for our outbound and inbound communication offerings within the CCaaS ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver market-leading solutions that address the unique needs of our customers and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities in the customer experience landscape.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
- Engage with customers, gather feedback, and incorporate insights to refine product offerings and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to assess product performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications that guide the engineering and design teams in building impactful features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably within the CCaaS or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of customer experience technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics to inform product decisions.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully launching and driving adoption of B2B products, in large enterprises.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
