Senior Bookkeeper

WeSki, a young Travel Tech start-up based in Herzliya, on a mission to revolutionize the landscape of ski trips. As we continue to expand, we are in search of a skilled Senior Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our team.

Senior Bookkeeper’s Goal:

Our senior Bookkeeper will report directly to the CFO. Manage accurate, up-to-date financial records, and support a smooth implementation process of an ERP system.

You’ll be a great fit for the role if you’re excellent and excited about:

• Being highly involved in the implementation of an ERP system.
• Managing and updating the company’s books - Including full Month-end closing (accruals, fixed assets, depreciation and prepaid expenses).
• Foreign and local vendor invoices and bank reconciliation.
• Execute all the payment cycles (credit cards, wire transfers, salary payments, etc.)
• Ongoing reconciliation including closing entries, banks, credit cards and cut-off accounts.
• Overseeing travel and monthly expense reports.
• Monthly tax reporting and reporting to governmental authorities (VAT, withholding taxes, national insurance, income tax).
• Assisting in financial reports preparation and annual audit.
• Bringing the books to the trial balance stage.

Minimum Requirements and Skills:

• Certified Bookkeeper type 2 (type 3 an advantage).
• 4+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority a must).
• Strong Excel skills.
• English – Ability to communicate and manage records (a high-level proficiency – Advantage).
• Highly organized with strong attention to details.
• Experience from a high-tech company - Advantage.
