Within Professional Services we are responsible for providing enablement and consultation to HiBob customers, supporting them through the implementation of HiBob and additional modules to ensure they get the best out of the solution for their business needs and set up their team for long-term success.Our department mission statement is that: “We are the catalyst for tangible value, by facilitating consultative knowledge sharing efficiently & authentically, driving customers and bob forward.”The Professional Services team consists of highly talented individuals covering the roles of Implementation Team Managers, Implementation Managers and Professional Service Engineers. Now including the exciting role of Implementation Project Managers.About YouWe are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager, passionate about delivering a great customer experience. A quick learner and serious about making an impact.You will lead implementation projects, including enablement sessions, aligning client needs with the platform capabilities, working directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timelines along with making sure of value realization.What will you do?

• Being the main point of contact for our clients from point of sale through to deployment.
• Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis.
• Analyze operational data and use it to constantly scale and find efficiencies in internal workstreams.
• Work cross-functionally with our Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams.
• Gathering system requirements and business objectives from customers pre-sale and assessing how best to configure

the platform and provide guidance on best practices and successful deployment.

• Report and escalate to senior management as needed

RequirementsRequirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us. Learning and Development is at the heart of HiBob, so don’t exclude yourself if you don’t tick off all of the below items which are desirable, but not essential to have from day one.

• 3 years proven experience as an Implementation Manager and/or project manager - Must
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
• English- fluent
• Knowledge of HR - highly regarded.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box.
• Ability to interact with product development teams around delivery/roadmap.
• A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• A passion to learn the products’ functionality, and you’re tech-savvy
• A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed

Nice to have

• Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies
• Experience with Intercom, Slack, Quip, Zendesk.
