Role Description

We are looking for a full-time BlenderPay Coordinator to join our offices in Ramat Gan.

As a BlenderPay Coordinator, you will manage and be the focal point of the blenderPay operation desk, act as a center of knowledge for collaborations, businesses, and POS - point of sale agents, investigate and analyze barriers preventing customers from contacting customer care or using our services, provide professional responses to partners and stakeholders, collaborating with various interfaces within our organization. Your role will be vital in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the blenderPay ops and its stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Experience with Excel and other relevant financial software
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
