Our amazing finance team is growing and we׳re looking for a highly motivated Global Payroll Controller to join us.

The focus of this role is managing Global Payroll Controller and any related transactions and reporting which requires application of strong technical and organizational skills, reliability and deep knowledge of payroll mechanisms.

About The Role

• Develop and implement and enforce payroll policies, procedures, and best practices across regions.
• Collaborate with local payroll providers or internal payroll teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve any payroll-related issues.
• Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner, in line with the Global payroll calendar cut-off dates
• Collect and update data into the payroll system including time logs of the employees
• Work out social funds, tax and national insurance deductions
• Process new employees and employment terminations paperwork
• Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
• Support other accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
  
  

• Certified Payroll Controller
• 5+ years of experience in regional/global payroll processes.
• Detailed oriented.
• Can-do positive approach.
• Deep knowledge of Excel-Must
• Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines. Team player.
• Ability to work and solve issues independently; raise flags as appropriate
• Fluent English - (verbal and written) a must.
