Position Overview:

As the Head of In-Game SDK Development, you'll spearhead the entire lifecycle of our in-game SDKs, leading a dedicated team in both management and technical capacities. Your work will directly impact countless gaming experiences around the globe, making this role a cornerstone in our company. Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and evolution of our in-game SDKs across multiple platforms.

- Work closely with game developers and internal teams to integrate and optimize the SDKs.

- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of passionate game SDK developers.

- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet the required standards and deadlines.

- Stay updated with the latest in gaming trends, technologies, and SDK best practices.

- Liaise with key stakeholders and report directly to the executive team on progress, challenges, and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the gaming industry.

- Demonstrated experience in developing SDKs tailored for games.

- Proficiency in C++ and C#.

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with both Unity and Unreal Engine.

- Excellent management, communication, and organizational skills.
