DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our privacy and compliance efforts across the R&D, Security, DevOps, and Legal departments. This role will focus on creating end-to-end privacy flows, including data mapping, data deletion and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) cycle across all data sources, as well as evaluating potential solutions and managing the collaboration between various teams.The responsibility required a deep understanding of privacy and compliance management and will have a track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects on time and within budget.Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Develop and implement an end-to-end privacy flow, including data mapping, data deletion and DSAR process that aligns with international data privacy regulations, across all data sources.
• Proof-of-concept (PoC) testing to evaluate and select the most effective solutions for the business.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage the collaboration across the R&D, Security, DevOps, and Legal teams.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, define milestones, and ensure that deliverables are achieved on time.
• Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders, address any potential issues or risks, and provide timely solutions.
• Continually improve processes and systems by evaluating project outcomes, identifying lessons learned, and implementing necessary changes.
• Drive a culture of privacy and compliance throughout the organization.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary projects. Experience in managing compliance and security projects is a big advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in handling data privacy technical flows, including data mapping, data deletion and DSARs as well as familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CPRA, etc.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams to deliver complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related fields. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CIPP, CIPM) would be an advantage.
• A good understanding of IT infrastructure, including DevOps, Security, and R&D.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
