NPI Engineer

In this position, you will Coordinate with R&D New Products Developments team to develop strategies for new products release.involve design and implementation of high-level Hardware solutions. Your team plays a vital role in enabling our products and solutions that are innovative and industry productivity.As a NPI Engineer, you will Coordinate with design engineers and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.Working closely with the mechanics& software engineers, and other product’s leaders.A focal point for your owned products knowledge and lead the product from the development stage to the mass production stage, working through roadmaps, engaging potential customers, and proposing technical solutions worldwide.Responsibilities:

• Lead, HW products from development to production – product’s owner
• Prepare plans for NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure a good quality product, from the bring-up stage/ DVT to release, covered by the ECN process.
• Support production lines and suppliers
• Define and be part of the development of the product’s tester, PCB level, and final test.
• Write supporting documents as part of the design, assembly, and test instructions.
• Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure.
• Allocate, test& approve alternatives for electronic components.

• Practical Engineer/electronic engineer - mandatory
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in NPI and products leading of multidiscipline products– mandatory.
• Experience in writing specifications, Manuals, assembly& test instructions – Mandatory
• Experience in verification tests (DVT) on designed boards and products – Mandatory.
• Experience with boards designer on layout level – mandatory
• Ability to work in a combined team of software, engineering& mechanics – Mandatory.
• Practical and proven knowledge and experience in testing circuits and working with laboratory tools (Scope, Signal Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer) – Mandatory
• Experience working with ORCAD – mandatory.
• English at a good level – mandatory
• Establishing PCBA testers and multidisciplinary products in the production line – Mandatory.
• Experience with Engineering PDM system – Mandatory
• Independence at work with high self-discipline – Mandatory
• Knowledge of standards requirements for products such as ISO, UL, EMC, RADIO& FCC - an advantage
• Working with the certification’s laboratories, accompanying the tests& solving problems for success in the tests - an advantage
