Community Marketing Manager - Monopoly Go!

Description

We seek a highly motivated Community Marketer to join our breakout game! The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing a community of brand advocates and customers through various marketing and engagement strategies. They will develop and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive out-of-the-box user acquisition as well as engagement, and maintain a positive brand image. This role requires strong communication, creative thinking, and a passion for community building & partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture a community of brand advocates and customers through various marketing and engagement strategies.
• Expand and monitor our competitor sets, communicating strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
• Partner with Social Media, Community Managers and Brand to develop and execute fresh, shareable campaigns
• Partner with PR, Influencer and Brand to bring stories born from community engagement to broader audiences
• Partner with Community team to identify opportunities to engage with community members and facilitate UGC
• Keep a close eye on emergent platforms, modes of communication and engagement on all things digital community
• Source and develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and other stakeholders in the community.
• Partner with Marketing Ops to measure the effectiveness of community marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in community, growth or grassroots influencer management or a related field.
• Gaming or app marketing experience is a must
• Or must have worked for a hit company and driven major community marketing success
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and other online communities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for community building and engagement.
