We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development using Node.js to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust server-side solutions that power our mobile application for iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to translate requirements into functional, scalable, and secure backend systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in backend development, proficiency in database management, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and cloud services.

Responsibilities:

-         Develop and maintain high-quality backend systems and APIs using Node.js to support mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.

-         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new backend features.

-         Optimize backend code for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.

-         Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

-         Manage databases, including schema design, querying, and optimisation.

-         Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.

Requirements:

-         Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with a focus on backend development using Node.js.

-         Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

-         Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

-         Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.

-         Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
