How you’ll spend your day

• Managing the work and operating the team throughout the shift, while meeting the production goals.
• Leading projects and operating a wide variety of tasks in front of many interfaces in the company (production departments, quality assurance, engineering, R&D).
• Responsibility for prioritizing tasks, setting Goals, and controlling processes.
• Responsibility for providing technical and professional solutions
• Management and development of people.

Your experience and qualifications

• bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / industry and management / chemistry / life sciences/other - Mandatory
• At least two years of experience in managing employees - also available from the military/volunteer framework - Mandatory
• Experience in leading processes and project management- an advantage
• Experience with production processes in the pharmaceutical world - an advantage
• Ability to interact efficiently with people at all levels of diverse interfaces.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of computers and control of OFFICE applications.
• Technical background - a significant advantage.
• Work in three shifts and overtime.
