Revit ARC Modeler

Veev is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Revit modeler with a high level of proficiency in Revit and in construction, to work for our American/Israeli start-up company, in our Tel Aviv office.

This position in our Digital Twin Design Department, entails being part of the team leading the development & coordination of the project, building of the project 3D Revit models from initial model development until fully detailed for fabrication and assembly.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create BIM Revit models with a very high level of detailing and precision, with full system coordination with all other disciplines, as a basis for the permit set, Shop-drawings and construction sets.
• Coordinate and consult with our in-house structural and MEP team.
• Develop detailed 3D fabrication drawings using Revit - from initial model development to permit set, fabrication drawings and construction sets including building details.
• take part in developing project-specific solutions and details based on Veev innovations.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Associates degree or in Architecture.
• Mid Level with min’ 4 years proven practical experience and knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Advanced user with 2 years of proven recent Revit experience in construction related roles.
• Experience in interdisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, plans and construction details.
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization, and technical abilities.
• Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge within the role, and have the ability for learning independently.
• Must be able to work well with others as a team in a highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
• Good level of English.

Advantages:

• Experience using BIM360, Navisworks and other BIM tools, work with collaborative models.
• Knowledge of pre-fabrication or manufacturing / Shop drawings of building systems.
