Resource Development Specialist

Bonot Alternativa is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting women's rights, equality, and women's representation in decision-making tables. We actively participate in the fight against violence against women.

We are currently seeking a Funds Development Manager who can have a meaningful impact on the development of Bonot Alternativa’s donor resources.

***The position is for a replacement for maternity leave for a minimum period of 6 months, with a real possibility of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing fundraising channels with private, business, and philanthropic sectors (including identifying grant opportunities, writing proposals, and responding to calls for support).
• Cultivating relationships with existing donors and managing long-term partnerships.
• Preparation of reports, marketing materials, and presentations for donors.
• Planning and executing events for donors.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Must
• Willingness and motivation to work in the third sector and integrate into the field of resource development.
• Experience in business development, fundraising, or customer relationship management roles is a significant advantage.
• Persuasive, communicative, organized, and capable of leadership and motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
