Architectural Lead

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Manufacturing Architectural Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of exceptional living.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM Revit models with exceptional precision and detailing (LOD 400), ensuring seamless coordination with all other disciplines to serve as the foundation for permit sets, manufacturing drawings, and construction sets.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to coordinate and refine building elements for factory production and construction purposes.
• Assume ownership of specific tasks and project deliverables, playing as an integral role within the project team.
• Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with our in-house structural, MEP, BIM and QC team, as well as other departments, such as PLM, Data and Operations.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to devise efficient fabrication tasks, actively participating in the development of project-specific solutions and details that leverage Veev’s innovative technologies.
  
  
  

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Professional Degree in Architecture: Associate degree in architecture / B-Arch / Practical engineer.
• Expertise with a minimum of 2-3 years (Post degree) of demonstrated practical experience and profound understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Proven experience in task management, scheduling, and prioritization, including leading 2-3 team members.
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Outstanding teamwork capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical acumen and a keen interest in developing building details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
