We are a leading global cosmetics company on the lookout for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to spearhead our affiliate program in the U.S. market.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our brand's reach and driving sales growth through effective affiliate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize the affiliate program in the U.S. to increase sales.
• Oversee the partner program, including recruiting new partners and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Analyze and report on performance data to drive future strategy.
• Work with affiliate networks such as Rakuten and AWIN.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Experience in ecommerce affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with the American market preferred.
• Knowledge of Rakuten / AWIN preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• A strong desire to succeed, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
