Medical Lead

Responsibilities:
• Represent the company before current and prospective business partners/customers, focusing on scientific aspects.
• Prepare applications for the inclusion of new products in the Israeli Health Basket.
• Introduce new products to Israeli health funds.
• Lead discussions with Key Opinion Leader physicians and deliver enrichment lectures to professional audiences.
• Present and participate in the company’s advisory board for physicians, addressing questions and expanding scientific knowledge.
• Analyze opportunities for new products for the Israeli market, including product details, relevant diseases, market, competition, etc.
• Evaluate competing products while understanding marketing and commercial needs.
• Provide consultations on the content of marketing materials.
• Develop and train medical learning materials, such as training booklets and presentations, and offer training to new representatives and enrichment for other company employees.
• Support clinical submissions to the Pharmacy Department of the Israeli Ministry of Health, necessary for updating indications and dosage regimens.
• Coordinate and sign medical agreements with manufacturers abroad.

- Ph.D. in Life Sciences or an Israeli license to practice medicine, dentistry, or veterinary medicine.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an Israeli pharmaceutical company or a local affiliate of an international pharmaceutical company, such as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
- Proven experience in submitting applications for the inclusion of products in the Israeli Health Basket.
- Advanced proficiency in English, with outstanding speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong self-learning abilities, coupled with precise, thorough, and independent scientific work.
- Demonstrated capability to lead, represent, collaborate, and coordinate with various stakeholders within the company and externally, both in Israel and abroad.
