As a Senior Full-stack Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using Python, .Net Core, and React around data domain projects. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our projects and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers (Python, .Net Core, React) developers, both internal and external, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Architect and design scalable and maintainable software solutions using Python and React, taking into consideration performance, security, and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and program managers, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project scope, and help creating project plans.
• Provide hands-on coding expertise, conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions, making informed decisions based on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects by effectively managing resources, tracking progress, and resolving any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python and React, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous learning and growth.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and a culture of excellence.
• Build and grow talent in your team and make sure you promote a diversity and inclusion culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer science.
• At least 3 years leading a team of developers and testers.
• At least 4 years of extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python, .Net Core and React.
• Proven experience building Cloud based solutions with understanding in cloud architecture and design patterns using .Net Core, MS Azure/Amazon AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of Python and its frameworks (such as Django) and proficiency in building Server side using Python.
• Strong expertise in React, including React Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture, with hands-on experience in building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Proven experience in releasing software with at least 1 major release to market.
• Proven experience in writing server-side unit test, component test and other quality control methods.
• Experience with penetration test for online services and application and good understanding in security considerations.
• Solid understanding and experience of Kubernetes bases solutions.
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL (such as PostgreSQL), and knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good comprehension of agile development methodologies.
