Technical Operations & Supply Chain Specialist

A rapidly growing High-Tech company specializing in next-generation industrial technology and computer vision is looking for a hands-on, highly organized Operations Specialist.

We are looking for the "Operational Backbone" of the company—a professional who can bridge the gap between R&D, Finance, and global customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Operations Ownership: Map and optimize daily workflows across the entire hardware lifecycle, from procurement to global deployment.
Procurement & Supply Chain: Source critical enterprise hardware (Cameras, NUCs, Networking) globally, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate pricing while maintaining budget control.
Inventory & BoM Mastery: Own full oversight of BoM inventory, track stock levels, manage reorder points, and maintain real-time visibility of deployed hardware at customer sites.
Technical Integration & QC: Support the delivery team with hardware setup, system integration testing, and pre-shipment quality checks.
Global Logistics: Manage the end-to-end international shipping process, including documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists), customs compliance, and carrier coordination (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

3+ years of experience in global procurement/sourcing within the electronics/hardware industry.
Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting (servers, networking, etc.).
Logistics Expertise: Proven experience with international shipping, Incoterms, and export/customs documentation.
Detail-Oriented: A "zero-tolerance" approach to errors in critical operational flows.
ERP Experience: Proficiency in working with inventory and procurement systems.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business functions.
