Senior Manager CTC & MOPS
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Develop category business success within guidelines set by EM BUs & EM CTC & Global through the execution of a robust category plan in the cluster. Support EM BUs & EM CTC & Cluster Brand Director as a key interface of the respective categories and drive end-to-end CTC / GTM process.
Drive range architecture and CTC merchandising process (seasonal cycle) to ensure brand and channels KPI achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead range & assortment plans by store formats out of Israel range according to seasonal strategy and local needs.
- Create the Market Range Architecture strategy for the respective categories and ensure its alignment with the Global Brand and EM Framework.
- Work closely with EM BUs & EM CTC and define number of articles allocated (total, per price brackets, per concepts, per channel, per category, per gender, per channels/KA) and product allocation (segmentation) guidelines for Israel, including SMU, ABO.
- Lead all aspects of range management (business planning, input on ranging, forecasting, pricing, GTM) including segmentation.
- Drive the collection and submission of initial market forecasts in system (RMA) for horizontal reviews by HUB CTC at key milestones (SP, RMA1, RMA2)
- Provide input into the overall seasonal, annual and Strategic Business Plan for the respective categories and all relevant KPI reporting, any required scenario analysis.
- Track respective categories selling performance and proposes action plans when necessary to drive sales and improve categories’ KPIs.
- Collaborate effectively cross functionally across marketing, and with the key business partners in Israel, including Sales, DTC, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Finance.
- Key contact to EM BUs & CTC teams and local channel teams on range specific topics & concepts
- Excellence at GTM including internal sales meeting and sell-in tools & cluster article master data maintenance
- Support the Israel Brand Director in the implementation of Global/Local projects.
- Clear commercial approach to reach the Brand KPIs.

- GTM Calendar
- Extensive (7+ years) Marketing experience, with a distinct track record of success and high-level merchandising, and processes improvement.
- Strong presentation/communications skills
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
- Experience in both market and above market organization preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Ranging processes and systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Structured, organised and process oriented
- Fast learner and strong learning skills
- Clear commercial approach
- Lead and manage a diverse team

- University/top college degree in Business and/or Marketing (preferred) or other from a reputed academic institute.
- Professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing of minimum 7 years
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
- Fluent in English (both verbal and in writing).
- Fluent in Hebrew - advantage
