• Decide what to build, and what not to. You'll set direction on the roadmap with conviction, backed by customer understanding and sharp product instincts.
• Play a key role in defining and building a new strategic product, getting in early enough to shape its direction, positioning, and core experience.
• Work with R&D, Design, Business, and Customer Experience teams to validate, launch, and iterate.
• Build your own prototypes and POCs using AI tools to validate assumptions before engineering cycles begin, reducing waste and increasing the quality of what gets built.
• Use AI natively throughout your workflow
• Analyze user behavior, performance, and trends, going beyond dashboards to surface non-obvious insights and translate them into product decisions that move the needle.
• Gather and integrate insights from customers to guide the product development process and validate key decisions.
• Oversee everything from backlog management and feature prioritization to release planning and ongoing iterations, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Maintain expertise on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Loox stays at the forefront of innovation.
