Manager, Software Verification

NVIDIA is looking for an excellent highly motivated Verification SW Manager with experience in embedded software to join the Data Processing Unit (DPU) SW Group. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to thrive in an environment with complex software and hardware designs, take ownership and lead the SW verification of key components of the DPU. The role includes working closely with HW, FW, and SW teams all over the world, and take our product to next level.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the team both personally and professionally.
• Work with some of the best engineers to define, plan, and develop Testing platforms and infrastructure.
• Build and continuously reform verification infrastructure and methodologies to meet the demands of next generation DPU.
• Be responsible for verification of BMC and Linux user space applications.
• Manage a team of junior and experience SW verification engineers.
• Be part of SW/HW projects in a large and cross platform codebase.
  
  

What We Need To See

• B.Sc degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years in a managerial position with hands on experience with the software development lifecycle.
• 6+ years of overall experience.
• Detail oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
• Ability to work with various teams and have strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
• Strong programming skills in Python or other scripting languages (such as Shell).
• Experience with embedded SW development.
• Excellent communications skills, self-motivated and well organized.
  
  

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Experience in CI methodology & servers (e.g. Gerrit, Jenkins, GitLab etc.).
• Background in BMC, UEFI, Secure Boot.
• Knowledge in Networking and protocols.
