- Lead a team of Account Managers in an ever changing environment
- Be responsible for strengthening, maintaining, and growing customer relations through comprehensive leadership.
- Use player data to establish and initiate activities for your team
- Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly targets of retention and revenue.
- Create engaging social activities and challenges
- At least 2 years of experience in customer facing positions.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team
- Professional level in English - Must
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details
- Deep understanding/interest in games - an advantage
