Trade Compliance Expert

Our Mobileye Trade and Regulatory team designs and oversees the Company's policies and practices on export, import and supply chain management and reviewing product design to ensure compliance to relevant standards and regulation.The Trade team supports activities globally and provide support and offer customs and trade solutions to eliminate risk and ensure full compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.What will your job look like:

• Support the Trade Compliance team in maintaining a culture of compliance in Mobileye.
• Perform party screening for potential and active business partners to make sure Mobileye does not violate international sanctions.
• Monitor, analyze, enhance, and streamline trade practices by providing support in trade related issues (Incoterms, HTS#, customs procedures in IL and other countries).
• Write internal customs and trade comprehensive procedures and guidelines.
• Quick resolution of customs and trade inquires.
• Remain up to date with customs and trade updates worldwide and implement continuous necessary adjustments.
• Conduct continuous monitoring of trade activities to ensure compliance, offer corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare summary and periodical reports of Product classification (COO, HS Code, ECCN).
• Document, analyze and update of import/export processes, programs or projects to determine methods for improving efficiency and effectiveness and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (including government authorities).
• This job combines high technical skills and wide trade understanding.

• BA degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to generate reports from ERP systems, analyze data and make conclusions, guidelines and offer corrective and preventive actions.
• Knowhow of US and Israeli export controls and other control regimes, including product classification, encryption controls, regulatory restrictions, exclusions, and waivers
• Experience with trade and customs-related practices and terminology in global companies.
• Familiarity with anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislations, conflict minerals associated risks and offer best practices
• Fluent English (read, write and speak) – a must.
