Elbit Systems is looking for an Experienced Data Engineer Team Leader to join our Data Analytics Group (Data Engineers, BI Developers, Big Data Developers)

Together we drive the Data Analytics Digital Transformation revolution across Elbit companies

Guiding the business on the path to achieve data insights from a wide variety of data sources (HR, PLM, ERP, MES and more)

Bringing Data Innovative solutions and IT platforms to a large scale growing organization (thousands of users)

As a Data Engineers Team Leader you will be responsible for

Manage a team of Data Engineers, Plan and Execute the organization Data Strategy - Grow & Run the business in various activities

Gathering Business requirements, setting work plans and managing budget

Building the future architecture for a new Data Pipeline & DWH architecture (Lead a new architecture / technical solutions for a better "Back End" stabilization & performance)

Be Part of the leading team in the Data Analytics Group

Keep on growing the Organizational DWH (Our DWH is being used by thousands of users and applications on daily basis)

Support Citizen Development activities and create Synergy between the different Division units(Companies) in our Corporate



BA / B.Sc. in a related field such as Industrial Engineering, Computer Science

5+ years of proven experience in Data Analytics Area

2+ years of proven experience as a Team Leader

3+ years of hands on experience with analytics tools (ETL's, Data Pipelines, DWH, Reporting Platforms and SQL)

Strong Business Process understanding

Experience With Analyzing Business Requirements And Writing Designs

Experience with Agile and ETL's - Advantage

Working in a large scale logistics / manufacturing companies – Advantage

Working in Cloud Env & Tools - Advantage

Strong Managerial skills (Excellent interpersonal, communication, leader, planning skills)

Visionary, Creative & Pusher, innovative, Independent, Problem solving skills

Customer Facing Attitude and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders

Team Player with excellent communication skills

This is an Hybrid position, the main work site located in Haifa
