Senior UX/UI Product Designer - Ai Domain

Description

monday.com is looking for our first Ai Senior UX/UI Product Designer who will be responsible for leading a brand new world-class Ai team, and is passionate about incorporating Ai-based capabilities in our products.

You will Innovate and design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation and you will also contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system.

About The Role

• Establish a shared vision for the company-wide vision of Ai applications, while working with talented cross-functional team members (including engineering, data science, product, marketing, and customer success).
• You will design and vision the foundation of Ai Experience in monday.com platform.
• Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
• Collaborate with other domains in the organization to build amazing Ai experience in our products.
• Focus on user experience using A/B tests and live results
• Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within dynamic and fast cross-functional teams
• You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company Ai Design seed.
• Drive focus and speed within your team to initiate and deliver impactful products for our growth and scale
  
  

• 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform - Must
• Experience with generative Ai technologies and passionate about learning evolved technologies
• You have experience collaborating closely with R&D
• You possess natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities - you’re self-driven and you feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus
• You have strong communication skills and have the ability to explain the rationale of design decisions thoroughly
• You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• You have a positive attitude and great social skills with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what’s best for the team
• You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• You have a high level of written and spoken English
