Mechanical Engineer Team Lead

HP Indigo is the leading player in the digital printing industry, with the broadest portfolio of products, services, and solutions, and is one of the largest exporters in Israel, with annual revenues of over $1 Billion. Indigo is a full-stack company – we do R&D, Manufacturing of both presses and supplies (we have a large production facility in Kiryat Gat), Marketing, Sales, and field service.

Our R&D team is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Team Leader to guide our dynamic team in creating groundbreaking multidisciplinary systems from inception to reality.

Responsibilities:

Develop the sub-system development plan from initial customer requirements through to product release, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Lead and manage tasks for the multi-disciplinary team, including problem-solving, defining priorities, and exploring innovative solutions to meet project challenges.
Coordinate with various teams involved in the development process, ensuring the seamless integration of different components.
Managing communication channels to facilitate collaboration and alignment across diverse technical areas, driving the project towards its objectives effectively.
Present the development plan for the subsystem and outline the necessary resources needed for its implementation.

Requirements:

BSc in Mechanical Engineering - A must, MSc - An advantage
At least 6 years' proven experience in the multidisciplinary industry
Experience as an R&D engineer in a multidisciplinary company
At least 3 years' experience in leading a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills & a team player
