Job Description

As a Learning associate you will be responsible to lead the Haifa Customer Support team of trainers, who are responsible for the onboarding process and training of new team members. As part of the role, you will be delivering our initial course and advanced training.

The job requires patience, charisma and high verbal ability. attention to detail, creative thinking and good social skills are a must.

As part of the Learning Associate role, you will have to demonstrate a high level of proficiency with the content of the support team, and of Wolt in general.

The position is suitable for those who are capable of personal responsibility, lead a group by themselves and solve problems independently while working in cooperation as part of a cohesive team. The position requires a systemic vision and technological thinking, as well as experience in leading changes and cross-company processes.

This role is a full-time role only - 5 days of work Sunday to Thursday (Occasionally on Fridays if necessary) during office hours at our Haifa site.

Please note: The Onboarding will take place at our office in Tel Aviv

What you’ll be doing-

• Full responsibility for the course sessions in Haifa
• Delivering advanced learning content
• Lead a group of 5 Trainers of the onboarding team
• Creating new training materials to improve our team abilities
• Responsibility for the whole onboarding process success in Haifa
  
  

• Proven Ability to work with new employees - training, and onboarding
• At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer\instructor in a large company organization or corporation
• Call center experience is a plus!
• Has the ability to work alone and with others
• Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew and English.
