Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will take a key part in shaping the experience of our product - from building a cohesive and unified design system to turning deep user challenges into delightfully simple flows and beautiful designs. Our domain is full of complexities, and you will be resolving them in ways that our customers love and work for our business.

You will partner closely with the design & product team, as well as Engineering, CS, and Sales, to understand and solve the problems our customers face. We’re looking for a designer who can drive a meaningful impact on the product through an insightful understanding of our customers and market.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of experience designing complex desktop SaaS applications - a must-have
• A portfolio showcasing your UX prowess, creativity, and depth of thought, along with fluency in best practices for UX Design and Visual Design - a must-have
• Solid understanding of UX Design principles and deliverables, including rapid prototyping, information architecture, user personas, wireframes, flows, etc.
• Proficiency in design systems, wire-framing and prototyping with Figma - a must-have
• Bachelor's degree in Design - a must-have
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain design decisions
• Experience strategizing and executing projects with product and engineering teams
• Strong design aesthetic and attention to details
• Proven experience working as part of a design team and capability to provide constructive feedback and conduct interface design critiques to support and enhance the work of other designers
